Professional Experience

Jessica is a registered patent attorney focusing on patent prosecution and infringement counseling in the mechanical arts, including medical devices and data storage. During law school, Jessica was also a student director for the University of Minnesota Law School Intellectual Property Moot Court and placed second in the AIPLA-sponsored Giles S. Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Shumaker & Sieffert, Jessica was an associate with the Minneapolis law firm of Kinney & Lange.
