Michael is a registered patent attorney specializing in patent prosecution and support of infringement counseling in the chemical arts. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a litigation associate at Fish & Richardson for two years. During law school, Michael was a judicial extern for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz, U.S. District Judge for the District of Minnesota. Michael was also president of SIPLA, the Student Intellectual Property Law Association in law school. Prior to law school, Michael was a patent agent at Beem Patent Law Firm in Chicago for four years.
