Lester is a patent attorney focusing on patent preparation and prosecution, intellectual property due diligence, opinion work, and client counseling. He practices in a variety of technical areas, including electronic devices and systems, analog and digital circuits, computer hardware and software, digital signal processing (DSP), networking protocols, power control, battery power, antenna devices, transceiver circuits, semiconductor devices, electromechanical devices, mechanical devices, and medical devices. Prior to joining the firm, Lester was an associate at Rutan & Tucker, and has over seven years of industry experience. During law school, Lester was a member of the San Diego Law Review, and he received Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) awards in both Property Law and Patent Law.
