Professional Experience
Dave builds patent portfolios for innovative companies to protect and monetize valuable inventions. As a registered patent attorney, Dave has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications in software, mechanical, and electrical fields. Further, Dave is routinely engaged in offensive and defensive forward patent initiatives as well as portfolio development strategies including patent acquisition and licensing. For two decades, he has had the privilege of building patent portfolios for some of the world’s most innovative multinational corporations, institutions, and individuals.
