Professional Experience
Faisal is a registered patent attorney specializing in patent prosecution and portfolio management for medical devices, analog & digital circuitry, software, computer architecture, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Shumaker & Sieffert, Faisal represented university clients, startups, and small businesses as a sole practitioner and was previously an associate at two other law firms. While in law school, Faisal interned at UNeMed Corporation where he assisted with protecting and commercializing technologies developed by researchers at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
