Professional Experience
Ben is a registered patent attorney focusing on electronics, software, computer architecture, and telecommunication patent prosecution. Ben joined Shumaker & Sieffert as a law clerk in January, 2009. Prior to joining the Firm, Ben was a legal intern at Seagate Technology where he assisted with patent portfolio analysis and patent licensing. Prior to law school, Ben worked for the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a programmer developing social network analysis software and as a software consultant.
