Professional Experience
Dustin is an experienced attorney in patent prosecution, patent infringement litigation and counseling. Dustin has represented clients in the areas of computer networking, signal processing, mobile wireless communication, mobile applications, semiconductor devices, geophysical instrumentation, piezoelectric systems, software, and medical devices. Previously, Dustin was an associate at the law firm of Shore Chan DePumpo, LLP, in Dallas, Texas, where he worked on patent infringement and trade secret litigation matters, including a first-chair argument on behalf of an international corporation in a patent case related to motion-sensing technologies where he obtained a favorable Markman ruling. These prior experiences give Dustin a unique perspective on patent prosecution and enforcement strategies.
