Professional Experience
Nihal is a registered U.S. patent attorney and manages complex international patent portfolios and coordinates patent strategies in several different jurisdictions throughout the world. He prepares and prosecutes patents in various technical fields including medical devices, chemicals, life sciences, advanced materials, food processing, and consumer products.
Nihal is experienced with all stages of patent prosecution, including conducting appeals and oral hearings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He also counsels clients on questions of patentability, clearance, validity, and infringement. Prior to practicing law, Nihal worked as a patent search professional.
