Professional Experience
Shivam is an associate attorney with specialization in patent preparation and prosecution. During law school, he won the Rocky Mountain Regional Round of the 2021 USPTO Drafting Competition. He was on Santa Clara University’s High Tech Law Journal and on the Editorial Board of the Santa Clara University Law School Newspaper, The Advocate. Shivam received the High Tech Excellence Award for his outstanding performance in his Intellectual Property courses.
Shivam has experience with software development and instrumental analysis. Prior to law school, he was a research assistant for the SOFIA Science Center at NASA AMES.
